Alia Bhatt b. on 15 March 1993 is an Indian actress and model who appears in Bollywood films. Her father is the film director Mahesh Bhatt and her mother is the actress Soni Razdan. On her mothers side, Alia is of Kashmiri and German heritage and on her dad's side, she is of Gujarati descent. She has one half sister Pooja Bhatt. Actor Emraan Hashmi, director Mohit Suri are her cousins while producer Mukesh Bhatt is her uncle.
