Mumbai: Bollywood’s A-listers made a beeline at Box Office India awards in Mumbai yesterday night. The award ceremony was held in Mumbai on October 9. Hosted by Ali Zafar and Ayushman Khurana the first Star Box Office India award ceremony was graced by almost entire Bollywood fraternity. The films were honoured on the basis of their box office performance.

Not only the films but also the directors and actors who set some interesting records on box office were also honoured. Salman Khan with his record box office collections led the awards.
Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bacchan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Arjun Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, Riteish Deshmukh were spotted amongst many.
Shah Rukh who will be next seen in Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ was seen with the entire cast of his film.
His ‘Happy New Year co-star Deepika walked the red carped in a black backless dress. She looked fabulous as usual.
Amitabh Bachchan was looking dashing as always in his megastar dress up. His presence at the function actually added stars to the event.
Shahid Kapoor was seen very confident and happy after the success of his recently released film “Haider’.
Alia Bhatt was seen dressed in ‘Osman’, wearing her hair down with smoky eyes and gold sandals. She was seen chatting and taking pictures with a child artist.
Sonakshi Sinha, wearing a metallic 'Shantanu and Nikhil' dress, was as always in a jolly mood making people around her laugh. She even played the role of a photographer with a borrowed camera from one of the cameramen.
Kajol attended the awards night in Hema Kaul’s dress. Wearing her hair down Kajol was making nervous the younger ladies around her.
Stars of recently released film ‘Tamanchey’, Nikhil Diwedi and Richa Chaddha also walked the red carpet.Not only the actors but the leading film-makers of Bollywood were also present during the event. Farah Khan, Rohit Shetty, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Imtiaz Ali, Ekta kapoor, Siddharth Roy Kapur and Arbaaz Khan were leading the way of Bollywood’s directors and producers.
Ileana D’Cruz, Raveena Tandon, Tusshar Kapoor, Vivaan Shah, Tiger Shroff, Sonu Sood, Abhishek Bacchan, Boman Irani were also spotted at the event.
The award ceremony was hosted by Ali Zafar and Ayushman Khurana. It will air on Star Plus later this month around Diwali.
